Oh man.
I started this website as a jack-of-all-trades. Partly to be a place to showcase my different creative outlets, and partly to explore all things nerd/fandom, without restraint. I fear that in doing so, I tried too hard to be more like a regular news outlet, rather than a blog.
I started this by saying I want to explore the galaxy and what it has to offer: trying new things, meeting new people and taking you all along with me! This is absolutely still true, it just will look a bit different!
From here on out, I am going to stop trying to be like other blogs or nerd-related news outlets. I simply will be ME.
So, where have I been the past few months?
Hosting a panel at Megacon in Florida!

This one still feels like a 'pinch me' moment! I got to team up with two wonderful friends and host a panel called 'A Force for Change: Celebrating Queer Identities in Fandoms!' The turn out was phenomenal, and we had a great conversation about what it is like to be a queer human in fandom spaces, and how we can better support our fellow friends in the queer community in fan spaces!
After the panel, an attendee came up to us to let us know that he did not mean to come to our panel, but was glad he did. He had never had conversations like this with the queer community and he told us he was grateful to see the other side and how he can be more supportive! It felt good to know we had given someone more perspective!
COSPLAYING! A LOT!
Slightly new to me, I have gotten more serious about cosplay! Last year, I started doing a lot of character inspired outfits, specifically in the realm of Star Wars. I made a Bad Batch inspired jacket, a Rex inspired outfit for May the Fourth, and some other Batuu-inspired outfits, but I had never gone fully in the cosplay realm until now!
I still am very new to this space, but I have been having fun learning how to style wigs, new makeup techniques (including turning green), and sewing! I still have a lot more I want to do and learn, but I am very excited to have started this journey, which I hope to document here and on other platforms.
Visiting theme parks!

Most of you who know me personally will know I am a huge theme park person. Considering I live right next to Walt Disney World, it comes as no surprise that I spend most of my time inside the theme parks of central Florida.
Most recently, I was able to take a visit over to the new park opening later this month, EPIC UNIVERSE! My friend Ryan is a team member with Universal and graciously was able to take me and a few of our other friends to the parks during the preview period. This park is NEXT LEVEL. The pictures and videos do not do it justice, and I still cannot believe we are going to have this right in our backyard!
I have spent most of my time in Hollywood Studios (truly not a surprise), with a majority of that time being spent in Galaxy's Edge. Batuu really does feel like home, and I am incredibly grateful that this is my life!
Photography, art, friends, oh my!

While the amount of shoots I have been doing lately has dwindled, I have LOVED spending the time to slightly improve my photography skills. I love getting to do photoshoots with my friends, and its such a fun way to be creative! I also have been spending a lot of time drawing, and one of my more recent purchases (thanks to some great deals) was a thermal sticker printer. This has made it much more accessible for me to hand out my art as small gifts to people in the parks! It is a great way to connect with other people, and I love being able to show gratitude towards cast members in a small way!
I also have been spending a LOT of time with my friends! I moved in to an apartment with my closest pals, and since then we have been doing all kinds of adventures together. Lots of video games, tv shows, conventions and more. I am so grateful to have friends who are just as silly and nerdy as me!
I am sure there are things I am forgetting, but for the most part, life has been about finding things to do that help me be creative, spending time with the people that I love, and enjoying the small things (like Star Wars in Fortnite)!
Consider this a fresh start for this website and blog. I am sure it will still be a catch-all for me, I tend to have a harder time keeping a niche ;)
